📚 Professional Development on Assessment Literacy
We are grateful for the valuable support from the Senior Curriculum Officer and her team from the Assessment and HKEAA Section and the Education Bureau in organising a professional development session for our English team on Assessment Literacy.
The session focused on:
✅The guiding principles for setting quality assessment items
✅How to interpret and use assessment data to enhance learning and teaching, and to inform curriculum planning
✅Strategies to ensure marking consistency
We are committed to fostering meaningful professional dialogue and creating learning opportunities for our teachers, ensuring that our assessment practices and teaching align with students’ needs and continue to improve English learning outcomes.
